1. General Services
- UAE Fast Movers (the “Company”) provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services within the United Arab Emirates.
- By booking our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Estimates and Quotations
- Quotations are based on the information provided by the Customer (e.g., volume of goods, floor level, elevator access).
- The Company reserves the right to amend the final price if the actual volume of goods exceeds the original estimate or if there are unforeseen difficulties (e.g., non-functional elevators, lack of parking permits).
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Permits: The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary Move-In/Move-Out permits from building management or developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC).
- Valuables: The Customer must personally handle and transport high-value items such as jewelry, cash, passports, legal documents, and small electronics. The Company is not liable for the loss of such items.
- Presence: The Customer or an authorized representative must be present during the entire move process to supervise and sign the completion form.
4. Prohibited Items
The Company will not move the following items:
- Hazardous materials, flammables, or chemicals.
- Perishable food items.
- Plants or pets (unless specifically agreed upon in writing).
- Illegal goods under UAE law.
5. Insurance and Liability
- Basic Coverage: The Company takes the utmost care; however, our liability is limited to damage caused by gross negligence during handling.
- Excluded Damage: The Company is not liable for damage to items inside boxes not packed by our staff, or for electrical/mechanical derangement of appliances unless there is evidence of external impact.
- Claims: Any damage must be reported in writing and noted on the Job Completion Sheet before the crew leaves the premises. Claims made after the crew has departed will not be entertained.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept Cash and Bank Transfers. (Optional: Credit Card/Cheque).
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Courts..
